Amina is a poet and a visual storyteller. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and African Studies at the African Leadership University on the island of Mauritius. Amina has been aiming to expand the dimensions of perceptions between Sub-Saharan Africa and the Arab world through in-depth research and writing on various elements that constituted identities and wisdom within post-colonial Arab states. She is also interested in the question of decoloniality, and of youth led-participatory action research as a tool to mobilize social change.
